The Amsterdam Cognition Scan (ACS) consists of 7 computerized online cognitive tests measuring a broad range of cognitive domains, including attention, verbal memory and executive functioning. Two additional questionnaires, on anxiety and depression, and fatigue, are optional.

The ACS was originally developed at the Netherlands Cancer Institute, University of Amsterdam and VU University Amsterdam, in collaboration with NeuroTask BV and with funding from the Dutch Cancer Society. As of March 2020, the ACS is implemented in 10 different clinical studies in the Netherlands and abroad.
