Test Battery
The ACS test battery includes seven neuropsychological tests that are based on commonly used traditional paper-and-pencil tests. Together, these tests measure a broad range of cognitive domains, including attention, information processing speed, learning and memory, executive functioning, and psychomotor speed. The ACS takes around 1 hour to complete, including instruction videos, computer skill practice tasks, and practice trials for the cognitive tests. However, the completion time can vary from person to person, just as with traditional neuropsychological tests.
The test battery can be customized to your preferences. For example, it is not necessary to administer all subtests, but possible to compile your own test battery with selection of choice. Additionally, several questionnaires can be included on psychological distress (the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale, HADS), fatigue (Multidimensional Fatigue Inventory, MFI-20), and self-reported cognitive functioning (from the M.D. Anderson Symptom Inventory, MDASI). The ACS also includes (optional) questions on educational level and/or self-reported computer use.
